Do not do these exercises if you have a history of back or neck problems. Start off steady over working these exercises or doing them incorrectly can cause injury.

Mark was in town for the Cornell – Central Michigan wrestling match, and stopped by the grappling tournament to catch some of the action. Ultimate Athletics, home of the Bombsquad mma team, hosted the event.
